This means that the MR angiography characterized by evaluating the contrast bolus where it is inside the vessels, while T1 WI with Gd.injection is characterized by evaluating the presence of leak from the blood brain barrier with presence of bleeding.
While in case of MR Perfusion, is characterized by detection local effect of intra vascular contrast on the surrounding tissues without leaving the contrast the vessel, where the contrast remains confined to capillaries but its para-magnetic effects cause inhomogeneity of local magnetic field.
