Diffusion and hypoglycemia

On admission MRI Brain Diffusion shows Restricted Diffusion along bilateral posterior limb of bilateral internal capsules and splenium of corpus callosum with blood sugar level 40 mg/dL suggestive of Hypoglycemia induced MRI changes. Pt improved drastically on IV Glucose infusion.
