Findings:
A soft tissue mass is seen beside the spinal cord.
D.D.:
-Lymphoma.
-Arachnoid cyst.
-Dermoid cyst.
-Epidermoid cyst.
Discussion:
By giving contrast injection, we can differentiate easly between the lymphoma on one side and the other mentioned cysts on the other side. Reference
