A 5-year-old boy with congenital HIV infection with generalized atrophy. Axial nonenhanced CT image (A) shows calcifications in the subcortical white matter of the frontal lobes and the dentate nuclei. Axial nonenhanced CT image (B) shows additional calcifications in the basal ganglia bilaterally.
