Cerebral MR angiography versus cerebral MR perfusion

In other word, cerebral MR angiography give us an idea about the flow of blood in the large cerebral vessels such as middle cerebral artery, while the perfusion study give us much more information about the blood flow in the capillaries clarifying the area which show reperfusion in addition to the blood flow in the large and middle vessels.

The reperfusion area could be occurred either by itself or by treatment.
