Spinal chordoma

Here, the case has a soft tissue mass( as we said, any spinal mass with affection of the vertebral body should be considered epi dural in position).

So, soft tissue mass with bone affection and spared disc spaces, this give rise to neoplastic or blood nature of this mass.

According to the history of the case, no history of trauma, and if we look to the T2 film, there is a hyper signal intensity of the mass similar to that of the CSF, this is diagnostic to chordoma.
