Spinal multiple myeloma

Findings:

-Soft tissue masses.

-Bone destruction.

-Normal discs.

D.D.:

-Metastases.

-Multiple myeloma.

In case of metastases, there is previous history of primary lesion.

Differentiation could be easly taken by bone scan where in case of M.M., it will appears normal.
