1-The commenest site of the epidermoid cyst is cerebello-pontine angle.
2-Cerebello-spinal fluid density with lobulated contour and has the ability to extend.
3-In flair sequence, it does not look like CSF, and in diffusion image will appears with restricted diffusion (hyper intense if compared with CSF).
