-So look first to the contrast enhancement, if it is of no enhancement or with homogenous enhancement.
-If it is of no enhancement, possibility could be between epidermoid cyst and arachnoid cyst.
-Look to the diffusion weighted image, if the lesion is bright (restricted diffusion), diagnosis should be epidermoid cyst.
-If the lesion is similar to CSF, so it will be arachnoid cyst.
-If the lesion shows homogenous enhancement, look to the T2 image, if it is hyper intense, it will be neuroma.
-If it is of intermediate signal, it will be a meningioma.
