1-Calcium is present in most of the tumors.
2-Can not be easly differentiated from oligodendroglioma ---Should be considered the latter until prove otherwise.
3-You can reach diagnosis if you find the following criteria
-Huge tumor in the first year of life or in a children below the age of 10 years with a large cystic component and extensive form of edema around the tumor.
