Dysraphysm changes

Changes occur with dysraphysm can be classified into the following categories:

A-Bony pathology.

B-Meningeal pathology.

C-Cord and roots pathology.

D-Other pathologies.

So when you are looking for a case of dysraphysm or to any other spinal imaging case, always to remember to review the case in this manner by looking first to the bone then meninges, then cord and roots and so on.
