Acute infarction

The area surrounded by the red line is an area of infarction as it is hypo dense with affection of the grey matter. There is evidence of mass effect which can be determined by  compression of the right lateral ventricle which is also shifted toward the opposite side crossing the mid line and at the same time causing dilatation of the left lateral ventricle due to compression of the left foreman of Monroe

So this case could be diagnosed as acute infarction due presence of mass effect.
